Civilian car on Busway near Roma St Station heading to city

Just saw a car on the Busway! I was waiting at Roma Street bus station and this civilian drives past. The photo clearly equals Reaction Time Fail but you can *just* see a tail light.

I told the bus driver but he didn't seem worried enough to radio it in, even when the car came back the other way. *Mildly Intrigued*
