That is a shock. I met Iain a few times, via Flickr and Creative Commons. I have long been a great admirer of his photography, although I didn't get to know him personally.
Hi Pam, I think I met Iain only once or twice at most myself, but some of my friends knew him very well, and I know he's had a huge impact on lots of activists and artists. There are already plans on Facebook to organise a memorial art and photo exhibition.
